2. After my order is placed, how long will it take to have my products ready?
Our production time may vary depending on the quantity you ordered. It usually goes from 6 to 7 weeks after we get your down payment.

3. What is your payment term?
We require 50% down payment at the time you place your order, so we can commence the production, the remaining balance is against the copy of Bill of Lading.

4. I would like to get a sample before I place an order…How can I get it?
If you want a sample to feel the quality of our garment, please send me an email. Thus you can buy any of our items available at regular price for immediate shipping. However, if there is a special item that you need, we will gladly make a sample for you.

5. Do you offer private labeling?
Yes, we do.

6. How do you pack your products?
All garments are packaged and protected in PVC free poly bags and sealed with a secure sticker.

7. How can I get your price list?
Please email us to [email protected] along with the following information: company’s name, phone number and website address. We must receive all these details in order to send you our price list.

8. Can you develop new patterns?
Yes, we can. All we need is a design drawing to develop the pattern. You can make any revisions as needed. A sample will be made for your review prior to start production.
